Myra's Pilates is a functional movement method of training to awaken and nurture body strength,
flexibility, tonicity, mobility and a quality of presence in motion. She brings in 20 years teaching experience and her creative mind which is inspired by the various body movements she continues to explore such as yoga, dance and Chi Gung to only name a few.
